It would be nice to be able to use Measures or Field Values to dynamically code the color of legend values. Currently, we can use measures to lock in a single value per column, but cannot keep legend colors consistent across multiple visualizations programmatically. If a particular field value used in a legend either is removed from the data set, or a new one is created, the legend colors will update automatically, and without regard for the customers desired color per field value. It makes maintaining any visualizations that use a legend extremely time consuming and is prone to change often.
