HIDE Copilot Icon in Ribbon if NO LICENSE is AVAILABLE for it!

WHY is the Copilot Icon STILL visible in the Ribbon with NO OPTION TO EDIT IT when all it says is it does not work until you link a workspace with an appropriate License?! Why not just hide it like in EVERY OTHER OFFICE APP THERE IS?!
