Group Workspace Error when moving users from member to admin

When trying to change a user from "Member" to "Admin" in group workspaces, I get the following error. I can delete the group and recreate it and after adding the users again, the error goes away for a short time, then returns so that you cannot change users to "Admin again. At any point, I can always change members from "Admin" to "Member" without an error. Error Received: Something went wrong. Couldn't update the group Please try again later or contact support.
