Granular Power BI Report Access

In Power BI workspace, there's a configuration for reports that will be displayed in an app. We can decide which report will be visible for a group of users. However it can only be done at PBIX file level. So all reports currently follow those access rights. Can we decide access rights for visibility at report level instead of PBIX file level?

In Power BI Desktop, we can just hide it (per report/sheet). But how to adjust its visibility in Power BI online app?
