Global setting for date formats

Power BI uses a very verbose date format as default (e.g. "Thursday, March 07, 2024"). Please implement a global option to set a user-selected default date format. For instance, our organization formats all dates as short date (e.g. 3/7/2024). The only options are to manually change every date in the model to the desired format (time consuming) or use a third-party tool like Tabular Editor to script the date format changes.
