Give support for (bi)temporal Databases

We use a lot temporal databases because of compliance. Temporal databases can be modelled in SQL but querying them is a bit tricky. More information about temporal databases can be found here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporal_database Basicly you should have a "between" join.
