Give Admin option to disable "Exclude hidden report tabs" checkbox when exporting the PDF in PowerBI

I currently have Export to PDF disabled in Power BI Service because users have the ability to unselect "Exclude hidden report tabs" which would expose hidden pages that they should not be able to see. I would really like the ability in the Power BI Service Admin portal to be able to disable this checkbox so that users cannot have a way to see hidden report tabs when exporting to PDF.
