GitHub Copilot Agent Mode at Workspace level

I want the VS Code github copilot agent mode experience, but in the browser at the Fabric workspace level. The agent can create new fabric files in the workspace, modify any and all existing files, and schedule or execute things like notebooks and pipelines.
