Get Refresh History in Group API - Delineate between 'In Progress' and 'Timed Out' Refresh
Currently the Get Refresh History in Group API doesn't delineate between 'In Progress' and 'Timed Out' refreshes. The data returned is exactly the same, no EndTime and Status = 'UNKNOWN'. This is a challenge for us as we use the API to check if a refresh is already occurring before we try and process one. If a refresh times out then it will always look like it's 'In Progress' even though it isn't. Please add an additional data element to the API response (just like the internal PBI service API response) which indicates whether or not the attempted refresh is completed (or similar).
