Get Pro license users list.

Identify users with Power BI Pro licenses that come with the E5 subscription. We need a way, either through a REST API or a UI, to display all users utilizing the Pro license features assigned via E5.

I’m not sure why this would be needed. Microsoft isn’t likely to build a dedicated API for such a specific query. With Microsoft Graph you can already retrieve all users, list their assigned licenses, and check whether they have a Microsoft/Office E5 license. Could you explain the purpose behind this idea?

If you are an Admin you can get a list from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/users , just filter by licenses
