Gateway support for containers (AKS, ACI)

Right now the gateway app can only be installed on Windows on-prem servers/VMs. This makes difficult the auto-scaling of the resources of the machines where the gateway app is running. Scaling severs/VMs always requires a downtime and cannot be done automatically. Gateway app should be supported for containers (AKS, ACI) where the scaling would be smooth and automatic. This will ensure full availability of resources, avoiding disruptions when heavy workload are run.
