Gallery visual in PowerBI like the PowerApps one

In powerApps there's a gallery visual which you can customize the main container and the gallery creates small multiples following the main container's layout. There could be something similar in powerBI, maybe you could create a hidden page (like you do for creating custom tooltips) and add the visuals you want, then in the main page add the gallery visual which references the hidden page you just created. The gallery then creates small multiples of this page according to the specified field of your choice. There could be options to change the layout of the gallery to be row only, column only, grid, cards, carousel and others.

Examples, a single card is set up in a hidden page and the gallery just uses this page as small multiples:
