Yes likewise, we are reliant on freshdesk and are exploring power bi as our tool of choice, it is a big disadvantage that mandril, mailchimp, ga are available; however one of the other core components is not. Would be a great addition to add this dimension to the mix

I would love this feature. They already have an API for exporting, so could potentially be a smaller issue. Also, Freshdesk would proberbly invest in getting this done..
