Fix login on web site

When I go to the Power BI web site and select Support -> Community, I then try to log in but my password is not recognized and the Recover Password option does not send me an email to recover it. But if I go to the Ideas forum I click on sign in and it just works using my browser stored password. Please make it work so I can use the same user and password in all of the Power BI site.

I often get a similar issue, but have found hitting Shift+Refresh webpage then allows me to enter my email address, complete the captcha and vote.

I have been trying for days to get into the Community site via my MS account only to get stuck in a password reset loop. at one point I was able to get in but as soon as I tried to post my question I was punted and put back in password loop ****. Oh, and how can even MS miss the irony of not allowing visuals on a support board for VISUAL reporting?

I cannot vote on ideas. I cannot log into this page. When I click to vote on an idea, it won't accept my email. It says I need to complete the captcha but there's no captcha. I have an account, but this just posted me as Anonymous.

Dear Microsoft. Unable to vote on any function at ideas.powerbi.com Please provide a valid email and complete the captcha to vote. Captha not even shown up. Please fix the current issues before creating new function. This should be Number 1 priority since 1978.
