Fix bulleted list font size in text boxes for Power BI

When writing a bulleted list in a text box in Power BI, if the font size is set to 12, the text in the list shows at the equivalent of font size 9. All other font sizes show as expected, size 12 is the only size that shrinks.

My current workaround is to make all bulleted lists size 11, but it is against my organisation's accessibility guidelines to have any text smaller than size 12 on a webpage.
