It would be useful to choose if i want to see the Grand Total Row at all time, whether im going up or down on a large matrix. I have the problem that if i am looking at the firsts rows, and want to see the grand total i should go all the way down at the end of the matrix, and then go up all the way again.

- This happens whenever stepped layout is turned off in the Row Headers pane. This should definitely be fixed so that it appears whether stepped layout is on or off.
