Finding report subscriptions

Hi, I manage several semantic models and reports. One of the challenges I often face is supporting user subscriptions relating to the content I've published. It would be great if there was a way to review subscriptions associated with reports that I've published, beyond the subscriptions I've set up myself.

Problem statement #1: How do I review report subscriptions set up by different users to a report I own?

Problem statement #2: How do I review report subscriptions relating to semantic models/datasets I own?

Also, how can one see the status of subscriptions? I have not been able to find even a list of attempted sends, so when an email doesn't show up there's nothing to look for to troubleshoot.

I find there is lot of scope of imporvement on the subscriptions. There is no single place to track all the subscriptions.Like moninor how many have suceeded failed.I see in my project we have lot of paginated reports more than 50 MB and we have a contraint we cannot we export it to sharepoint which I think is a big issue
