in filter panel, basic filtering, how to remove the count of each value or item

We're struggling with this as well. In cases where we don't want to show small numbers to protect patient privacy, we can create measures to mask those numbers, but if the numbers are still showing in filter counts, that's going to defeat the purpose.

Please implement this as an option. It can be confusing to my users to see different counts no matter if I explain why there may be a difference or not.
