Update the field properties pane within the Data View and Report View so it matches the functionality of the field properties pane in the new updated Model View.

- This is definitely an annoyance of mine, as the 'Measure' creation is done on the 'Report View', therefore this should be the standard place to configure the descriptions as you are writing the measures. I swear this used to exist, however in the latest release this seems to have disappeared from the 'Report View'
- This is more than just a nuisance. In the latest version, there is no way to add a description when you are connected to AAS SSAS or a PowerBI dataset in a workspace.
- This is important! I can change the data type but nothing else. For example, if I change the data type to decimal number, I then have change the other properties such as the number of decimal places one by one on each item. Requirement: If I change the data type I need to be able to change the other properties for the field/measure.
