Update the field properties pane within the Data View and Report View so it matches the functionality of the field properties pane in the new updated Model View.
This is definitely an annoyance of mine, as the 'Measure' creation is done on the 'Report View', therefore this should be the standard place to configure the descriptions as you are writing the measures. I swear this used to exist, however in the latest release this seems to have disappeared from the 'Report View'
