Parameters (Fields) once create should have a option to edit them, if you wish to add more fields to the parameter. Currently there is no option to do this

Adding more fields to the field list can be done using the DAX editor. Adding more columns to the field parameter table can be done using the TMDL editor. Having code-based solutions like these is far more powerful (and thus preferable) to having a GUI solution.
