Feedback and Resolution Request – SLA Breach Time Discrepancy in Power BI

Dear CMMS Power BI Team,

We would like to highlight a recurring issue where work orders are being flagged as SLA breached in Power BI, despite being QC closed within the acceptable timeframe in CMMS.

For example, one work order had a due date of 12 May 2025 at 00:00 hrs but was closed on 11 May at 14:00 hrs. However, it still appeared as SLA breached in Power BI. We suspect this may be due to a time deviation between CMMS OKR Power BI GMT vs UTC.

We kindly request your assistance to review this discrepancy and implement a resolution to ensure alignment between CMMS system time and Power BI reporting, preventing similar issues moving forward.
