Dear Microsoft Power BI Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am a Power BI user and frequently work with shape map visual for data representation. While using Power BI, I noticed that the current shape map visual do not provide an option to display numeric values (such as customer counts) directly on the map for each state, similar to what is available in Excel maps.
This feature would be extremely valuable for users who want to present geographic data in a more informative and accessible manner. Having the ability to show numeric data directly on states, regions, or other geographic areas would improve readability and enhance the overall data visualization experience.
I would like to request that this feature be considered for future Power BI updates. It would significantly enhance usability for users who rely on geographic insights in their reports.
Could you please let me know if this is something under consideration, or if there are any workarounds available for now? I appreciate your time and consideration.
