Even If I create a new item from Power BI desktop, tried to "Get Data" from https://.api.crm5.dynamics.com/api/data/v8.0/ , I straight get the same error "The field 'duplicaterecordid_goal' already exists in the record" if I use https://.crm5.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/OrganizationData.svc , I can connect but the content pack won't work with this data source. Anyone else have a workaround?

I am seeing exactly the same when trying to connect to the CRM Online Service Manager.

'I have the same issue when I try to connect Crm online content packs. I have tried https://.api.crm4.dynamics.com - Maybe those content packs only works for US.

Has this issue been fixed?
