In various places in Microsoft Fabric, times are displayed as UTC+0, even if used from a different region. As a purely non-international business, our business users will be unavoidably confused by this, as they would not anticipate seeing this. Times should follow a global setting or a webbrowser setting. One example of this is the time that jobs are run in the monitoring hub. In that example, the time should at least be displayed with the inclusion of the UTC offset.
