Fabric Users are Unable to change the update method in data flow gen 2

Hey Community  ,

Does Not allowing to change the update method to "replace" from "append" in data flow gen2 , if the df gen2 is craeted from within warehouse has some purpose back picture , or it is limitation which can be updated from microsoft end in near future.

I reguest Microsoft team ,  to work on this issue.

Could you share more details about your scenario? how did you create the Dataflow? how was the Default destination set? what Fabric item did you set as your default destination?

 

At the moment, Default destination set an automatic update method for each destination and each one relies on the capabilities of the destination:

I got my answer , the issue was , if we set default destination as warehouse in a dataflow then fabric every time appends the data we cant change the update method to replace in this case. To use update method as replace, we need to set destination for each table manually. Thanks @miguel
