Fabric SharePoint Folder (Preview) Shortcut Table issue

Issue: Creating a table shortcut from SharePoint Folder (Preview) incorrectly shows Succeeded, even though the operation actually fails.

Repro Steps

1. Create a CSV without header. Content:

   2026-01-01 04:04:00,2026-01-01 03:45:00,DELIVERED

2. Upload the file (delivered.csv) to a SharePoint folder.
3. In Fabric → Lakehouse → New table shortcut → SharePoint Folder (Preview).
4. Select the same SharePoint folder.
5. Uncheck “Use first row as headers”.
6. Create the shortcut.

Actual Result

• Status = Succeeded
• Details contain error:

   "Message": "Table could not be created or updated with the source file data because the source file was either missing or corrupt or empty; delivered.csv"
