Fabric Real-Time Monitoring and Usage of Models & User logon activity

Very similar to what was avaiable in Azure Analytics Service.  I am look for real-time user login activity and what model are being used, how much memeory and CPU is being consumed.  This will also allow me better understand if my current F-SKU is meeting our business needs and when to scale to next SKU before I actually get the 90% warning messages.
