Fabric REST API Connect to Git Support Folder Creation

Currently the Microsoft Fabric REST API for connecting a workspace to Git/Dev Ops Repository does not create a folder/directory. 

Instead if in the API post call you specify a directory that doesn't exist the call will fail.

Instead the API call should create the folder/directory in the Dev Ops repository. This would bring the API inline with how connecting a workspace to Dev Ops functions through the Fabric/Workspace UI. (Where a user is prompted to optionally enter a folder name and the folder is automatically created in the Dev Ops Repository).
