FIX TOOLTIP

"The idea is to leave the tooltip static, fixed, still on the screen when we place the mouse cursor on it, because when we use the table visual it doesn't allow us to scroll the table down and so we can't see the information that is at the bottom of the table".

It would be a good thing because it would make it possible to work with more details that we can only achieve using tables.

"A ideia é deixar o tooltip estático, fixo, parado na tela quando colocarmos o cursor do mouse nele, pois quando utilizamos o visual de tabela ele não permite rolar a tabela para baixo e assim não podemos ver as informações que ficam na parte de baixo da tabela".

Seria uma boa pois ia possibilitar trabalhar com mais detalhes que só podemos conseguir usando tabelas.
