Currently Deployment Pipelines - whether using legacy UI or new - do not work well - in fact the are poor - very very poor
1. stage comparison does not work
2. new ui does not allow selecting of components unless they have changed/are new - so because of 1 this never works
3. new ui does not allow selecting of componenets in one folder then selecting components in another folder - the first folder is deselected
These are all URGENT fixes required to actually make Fabric Deployment Pipelines as least pretend they are designed for the Enterprise
