FIRSTNONBLANK works fine in desktop, error display from cloud service

Using FIRSTNONBLANK to create a measure I am displaying in a tooltip. This works fine in desktop app but throws error below when displaying from cloud service. This is working fine in a different pbix i have both in desktop and cloud. Something's wrong with one or more fields: (bi_bill_charges) Client Name Please try again later or contact support.
