Extend bookmarks VIEW footer concept to filter conditions

We have a lot of filters and use the filter panel extensively. The issue on our reports that if someone prints it out or is showing full screen, the filter conditions are a mystery. So we create a lot of DAX in headers to capture the filter conditions and display them. This takes up a lot less real estate than putting select boxes on the page or some other visual cue. But if you would have a visible, dynamic ribbon on the footer that captures filters, that would be really great.
