It would be extremely helpful if Power BI could expose / read the current app audience context to the data model, allowing report authors to use DAX to dynamically filter or customize visuals based on the audience a user is viewing the app through.
This would enable more personalized experiences and tighter integration with RLS and user-based logic and would be easier to manage than RLS alone.
When the current Audience is accessible / readable in the Power BI context I can build Audience specific filters.
The idea is that all users in an Audience can see certain records in a data table and users in a different audience can not. The advantage over pure RLS is that I need to manage the users only once - when I put them into an Audience.
