Expose Notebook Created/Modified Date and User in UI

Problem: Fabric notebooks don’t expose Created/Modified DateTime and User in the UI, making governance and audit difficult.

Why it matters: Required for internal audit, incident analysis, CI/CD traceability.

Current workaround: Admins must use Purview audit logs or APIs, which are not accessible to all developers.

Proposed solution: Display Created On / Created By / Last Modified On / Last Modified By in:

  • Notebook properties
  • Workspace item list

Impact: Improves governance, reduces admin dependency, aligns with Power BI behavior.
