Exporting data as excel should apply correct formatting to columns

When exporting data from a table, columns of type date/time export as a value as expected but Excel does not display the value by default. A simple format cells can fix the issue but I believe the "General" format does not pick up the date/time correctly to format and display it. Power BI could include the format when exporting excel files so Excel would know how to display each column to match the Power BI display of the table.
