Per the blog, "Publish to Power BI from Excel" (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-publish-from-excel/), it says, "If you need more immediate gratification, you can just click Publish again, and your changes are exported right then and there." After making changes to my Excel workbook containing a PowerPivot data model, I click Publish --> Export workbook data to Power BI but I receive a warning "this workbook already exists on Power BI." I am unable to refresh the data model in Power BI and I need the ability to refresh faster than one an hour.
