Export underlying Data for any visualization is disabled for users with Viewer Role, while it is enabled for Contributor, Member, and admin. we had to change the role to contributor in order to allow users to export underlying data. note that with contributor access users will have more access on the report which we dont want, but we had to, just to export underlying data, if this option is enabled for Viewer we will change the role back .
