Export data from Dashboard to Excel

On the Dashboard i right-click on a block chart to show posts. Then i click on the three small dots in the upper right corner to export data to the filetype .xlsx. Every time i get the following message: Error importing data. Sorry! Your visual data could not be exported at present. Try again later. Whats the problem?

I believe I have the same issue. In addition, when I try to export the same data from Power BI desktop, I get the error "Your data is too large. Some data sampling may occur" and an empty .csv is created. The chart I am trying to export data from has 4 bars on it and there are only 9 fields in my entire dataset so I'm at a loss as to how it can be too large.
