Export RLS Settings for a file

I think this applies to Desktop, but also to the Power BI Service. We need to have the possibility to export the RLS settings we did create in the Power BI Desktop and in the service to XML file, maybe. Life would be much easier if we could do some sort of backup, mainly when you are a consultant and does not work for a single customer.
