Export Power BI Report Pages with Full Formatting and All Rows to PDF, Word, or Excel

Currently, Power BI only supports exporting data with limited formatting (“Export Data”) or taking static screenshots/PDFs (“Print this page”), which does not meet many user needs. Our users require the ability to export an entire report page—including all visual rows and full formatting (such as colors, conditional formatting, icons, and layout)—directly to PDF, Word, or Excel, while preserving the interactivity and layout seen in Power BI dashboards.

Business Impact:

Facilitates wider sharing and processing of visually accurate reports outside of Power BI
Reduces manual effort recreating formats in exported files
Supports users who need both flexible dashboards and print-ready/exportable documentation without building and maintaining separate Paginated Reports

Request:
Please add a native feature to Power BI that allows exporting entire report pages (including all rows and visual formatting) directly to PDF, Word, or Excel—closely matching what is displayed in the dashboard view.

Additional Context:
Paginated Reports are helpful, but maintaining duplicate reports for export isn’t a practical solution for many end users who want dashboard flexibility and exportability from the same source.
