Provide the ability to increase the Export Data limit to 100,000 records

In late 2016, we improved our export data options to allow exporting up to 150,000 rows to Excel from a visual on a Power BI dashboard for Pro users. We would like to hear from the community again about whether the new limits are sufficient, or whether more data is required. It would also useful to be able to export from PBI Desktop as well as from the Service.

Now I see that it's 30000, and it's still too small. I would like to be able to choose the export limit for each report (or at least data source).

I also need the export data limit increased above the current 30k limit. 100k records would be ideal.

bump... 30k is far too small. I was pretty surprised. Is there any chance we can have an explanation as to any limit < 1M? a CSV is a simple txt file so I have a hard time understanding what drives the limit?

In the data model, you could do a copy of an entire table, but if the table is too big this is not possible. All in all, with Power BI Desktop it is possible to import a lot of data, but then you can’t export them.
