Ability to source dashboard data sets from existing Power BI tabular workbooks. These could be sourced from O365 directly or 'offline' workbooks local to the designer.

- We really want this feature. We have build great reports in Excel on a Tabular Model and we like to source these Excel workbooks into PowerBI instead of rebuilding it in PowerBI
- We need to address offline option somehow...
