Error when trying reinstall personal gateway

After change my account from free for pro user, i tryed reinstall the personal gateway with the new account, but a error has occured. The error informs already have a gateway installed, but the app was removed before the new installation. now i can't reinstall a new app because of this. I already tryed clean the unused registries, restorations, delete folders... but nothing works. Always shows the message: "Please uninstall the Microsoft Data Management Gateway before continuing."
