Epic idea: Numeric slicer

Having identified that many report creators have avoided using slider slicers because they have an unappealing default style and can occupy a lot of space, it would be beneficial to introduce a new slicer that provides more control over settings, formatting, selections, and options which would address the current constraints of limited customization and unappealing aesthetics when dealing with numeric input values.
