Epic idea: New waterfall

Waterfall is a very useful data visualization but unfortunately, the current waterfall is very restrictive and often doesn’t support common business and report requirements. A new waterfall can be the solution to offer report creators a solid waterfall that offers a flexible control over its axis, categories, totals/subtotals, and series.

Our data resides in a SQL Analysis data set. Both losses and gains are positive. Looking for waterfall capability to define what is a gain and what is a loss to work with our data structure.

It's urgent to allow to modify the "Total" label, as for example "Net Profit", etc.
