Epic idea: Enhanced data labels

Data labels need to be improved to address the formatting challenges with reporting styles. This could be done by developing an entirely new range of formatting options to give report creators greater control over multiple values and enable flexible report styling, putting Power BI on par with other analytical tools.

Getting frustrated with data labels being washed out by the bar... I set them to display outside, and Power BI decides they can go inside the bar instead! And sometimes overlapping, with half-in, half out. If you haven't overridden the colour, it might swap it but you can't set separate "in" and "out" colours. And it certainly doesn't have a good answer for those half-overlaps.
