It would still be nice to dynamically set this, so that we could dynamically pre-filter to a User's dept...even if they have never visited the report to set up their filters

If I change high-category slicer from Vegetables to Fruits, I want Apples to be selected automatically in a low-category slicer. Currently low-category slicer keeps Carrots, so obviously empty set is return form such slicer configuration. https://stackoverflow.com/q/51822625/1903793
