I would love this functionality. It would be great if my consumers just sees the latest info on load and pick a later date if they choose to do so. Right now, I'm adjusting this from the workspace>report on a daily basis just to show the latest data.

The ability to have an expression driven default is definitely critical. We have multiple user requirements where they want us to be able to default a filter on a slicer and it isn't reasonable to manually update that each time it changes.
