Environment (DEV/TEST/PROD) with locking

I would really like to be able to create environments (like DEV/TEST/PROD) and connect workspaces to environments. It should be possible to put a lock on an environment, like PROD, so that one must for manually unlock to make any direct changes as a user. Today it is very easy to accidently change something in production.
